Eun Lee
I decided to spend each session of Collective Contemplation to relieve myself. Like everyone else, I've had a hard time concentrating on something for a certain time especially during the pandemic. My anxiety awakening was on for almost 24 hours. I did drawing or writing as a physical meditation for an hour with loose zoom connections. The contents didn't matter. Rather, repeating certain actions or slight friction of the materials itself gave me a sense of stability.
